The family comprises of a couple with two children. The Brief from the client was what all clients approaching us would generally put on the table” turning an apartment into a home”. Some other terms that cropped up during our initial meetings were Cozy spaces, Less clutter, Ease of maintaining the spaces.
Minimalism was the way forward, be it Materials, Furniture, Colours. Openness, Straight lines keeping things as simple as possible.
Being a 4 BHK apartment, typically the available spaces were adequate if not lavish, so to create a sense of openness was something that was necessary.
