Gated Villa Project, Hyderabad
This gated villa project, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, was conceptualized as a premium villa development in an emerging suburb of Hyderabad. The planning of the first phase, which consists of 9 villas, was done with the understanding that these villas should be premium not only in terms of materiality but also in design, setting them apart from the typical villa projects in the area. The design adheres to Vaastu principles, which was crucial for this developer project.
The villas follow a contemporary design language with an earthy material palette. Interior and exterior spaces are interconnected through landscaped courtyards. The use of courtyards also creates a clear division between the guest and family areas, offering interesting spaces within the house while ensuring privacy. Each space has its own unique character and views, providing a different experience from every part of the house. A deliberate effort has been made to make the villa premium in every way.
